Multiple Choice on Ref. C

Posted on Tuesday 18 September 2007

Former State Treasurer and State Senator Mark Hillman authored this guest editorial September 7 in the Rocky Mountain News. Read it and then take our multiple choice test.

Question: Regarding the use of increased revenues authorized by the passage of Referendum C,

A. Mark Hillman is a liar.
B. Ref. C funds have been handled properly, and Mark Hillman is too stupid to understand the state budget, even though he served as Treasurer and Senate Majority Leader and is a successful businessman.
C. The Governor and Democratic leadership have broken trust with voters and misappropriated Ref. C revenues.
